As we walked in to the store, there was three other associates. None of them approached us or even acknowledge that we were there and my wife were looking around for a tennis bracelet. Juliet approached me as my wife was looking around and asked if I needed some help loved our experience Juliet took her time to show us everything we wanted to see and explained every detail that we asked Love our experience thank you Juliet keep up the good work and we will be back and will be looking for you thank you once again

I love this location, its low-key but has great deals on sparkly accessories. Good mix of real gem-stones & lab created. I love coming here for the deals at the end of the year and seeing what is new, or whats still been there. Service is great there, they do cleanings but it has to get sent out if you have the protection plan ofc.

Lisa was so amazing and patient with me. I went to the outlet not expecting to find what I wanted and ended up walking out with more! The store manager (older gentleman but I forgot his name) offered to clean my existing jewelry while I made my purchase. A pleasant experience all around!!
